As the park system prints them, checked October 30, 2026: 7 a.m. to 10 p.m., daily, year-round; Gates may be closed at 10 p.m.; Visitor Center and Site Office; Visitor Center; March-November; 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., daily; December-February; 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., Friday-Sunday; Historic Site Office; 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., daily, year-round; Please note there will also be times when the office is temporarily closed while staff are working in the grounds.

Dogs and Pets
The statewide rule, from the park system: pets stay on a leash no longer than 10 feet and under control; they are not allowed inside any state park or historic site building, or in public swimming areas and beaches. Read October 30, 2026. This park may add its own limits; we did not find a separate dog rule for Arrow Rock State Historic Site.
